Alternate Universe

It has been 15 years since the break out. The virus that would change the world. It was once a virus that cured all those who had abilities, but it changed. It affected those without abilities. Religious fanatics called it the "Apocoaypse," science deemed it as "Natural Selection." Others felt it was "Genocide." But whatever you call it, the only thing that mattered was that in five years all humans were wiped off the face of the earth, leaving only us, people with abilities. Why were we saved? Only God can say.
All Hell broke loose and it seemed that the end was near. Constant wars and battles left the Earth destroyed. Cities had fallen, mountains collapsed, rivers became oceans. There was no hope of rebuilding. No hope of becoming what we once were. There was only survival...
