Early Life:

Kelly Bourne was born in Tennessee. She and her family moved to Philadelphia when she was younger so most her childhood was spent in the city. Kelly discovered her powers in her sophomore year and was never really freaked out by them. She mainly saw them as cool and interesting mainly when she realized she could speed up math class at will. Also, during high school her friends and her started a band to earn extra money on the side which she was planning on using for college, but things fell through and eventually the band broke up when the members moved on to college. Her parents moved away as well, not giving her a lot of money for college.

I. Philly

Kelly worked in a music store starting at age seventeen to save up to pay for college, wanting to take a year off from school and just live her life. Along the way, her abilities actually brought her into a group of people just like her. After saving Chris Campbell's girlfriend's life, she ended up sticking around them as they were like mentors for the young girl. At one point, the group got sick with a virus which could have ended in death. Kelly was sent into the "Syndicate" (a group of "villains" so-to-speak) to test the blood of the infected to try and find a cure for the virus. She failed and ended up being captured. After an interrogation by Mrs. Trinity Danvers, the girl saw the organization as something not-so evil. They were going to help the heroes... After being fed lies by Trinity, the girl began to see things in a different light. Chris seemed to be the bad guy... not Trinity. As the heroes scrambled for the cure and got sicker and sicker by the day... Kelly struggled with her own inner demons and the confusion at which side was right. She finally figured it out the night Riley Walker came to kill Chris. Chris saved her life and decided to go after her and finish what he had started. Kelly respected that and offered to help.

II. San Diego

Chris headed offto save Riley Walker. Kelly went with him and they ended up in San Diego, California. They discovered that Riley was being held in the building in which the virus was made. After a crafty rescue with the help of two new faces, Kelly moved out of the building with Shawn Pent and Jack Raiden. Jack, planning on ditching the scene due to his record was not prepared for Kelly's abilities. She killed him but after seeing Riley's reaction to his death, she rewound him as they drove away. Chris recovered the cure and saved the heroes. He and Liz decided to move to Australia and retire from the business. Kelly stayed in San Diego for a few days which turned into longer when a child came to her seeking help.He had a vision of some sort of war taking place in San Diego. Kelly along with the help of Adrian went to investigate the clues and figure out more about the vision. They followed the clues to the exact vision and ended up getting attacked. Kelly ended up in a building where Riley was, with a man named Layden Hart. Riley attacked her using her electricity. After a battle with the true "bad guys," there was an explosion and everyone in Mario Square were separated. Kelly escaped with minor injuries. She decided from then on she was done with the hero act.

III. Los Angeles

Kelly moved up to LA with the hopes of starting a normal life. She wanted to pursue her original dreams of forming a band and making it big. That was where she met Jeremy Clarke, who was secretly working for a woman supposedly named Lilith. She was not ready to start a relationship with him but was falling in love fast. She started dating him and they got really close. Too close. Lilith decided that Kelly needed to be taken care of. She kidnapped the girl and held her prisoner, taunting her with her fears. It was this trauma that would later lead to her fleeing from her loved ones and problems as well as her insecurities. She still bears the physical scars all over both arms today. Upon escaping Lilith's hold, Kelly and Jeremy decided to go after her. Strictly driven on revenge, Kelly led the way to New York after Jeremy's apartment was blown up.

IV. New York

Kelly arrived in New York and spent days tracking Lilith. She and Jeremy were very rocky at this point. She eventually found the woman in a cafe. She let her escape by inches as he buddy teleported her away. She met Ethan Barrowcliff the very same day. He and his friends knew of Lilith and offered their help. She ditched Jeremy and headed back to San Diego with her new allies in hopes of finding and killing Lilith.

V. Back to San Diego

The girl arrived in San Diego only to find her old friend Chris in the streets, weakened and running on pure revenge. He threw her to the ground claiming that he needed no one's help. Kelly saw him in the same light as she had once seen him in Philadelphia. She soon met up with Lilith once again. After a short face-off Lilith decided to take the easy way out. She made her teleporter take them far away. What she didn't know was that along the way, her sense of purpose would be sucked out of her along with every memory.

VI. Egypt
Kelly awoke along the Nile river, merely minutes after being dropped there. She and Ethan, along with his friends met up and together, began to unwrap their pasts and why they were there. Along the way Kelly came to realize she had feelings for Ethan. After publicly displaying her unknown abilities, Kelly was arrested and sent to an Egyptian prison. There, she was greeted by a mysterious man named Kain who bestowed upon her fake memories and gave her a mission. With the help of her friends, the girl escaped the prison and set out on her new mission of helping her friends and herself back onto the path of righteousness. They were planning on stowing away on a ship back to New York City... but Kain showed up, furious with how long it took the girl to convert the others. He brought them back to Philadelphia where his base, named the Blue Hills compound, was located.

VII. Back to Philly

Kelly and Ethan stuck together while in the compound. She knew he was the one to trust. Little did she know that Jeremy Clarke was wondering around the compound working for Kain as well. She shared a passionate kiss with Ethan while Jeremy was watching. Minutes after the event, the compound was attacked by the ATF. Kelly and Ethan were caught up right in the middle of Kain's meltdown along with Riley Walker and Jack Raiden. It was there that her memory was given back. She realized she had been playing for the wrong side the entire time. Jack ended up saving everyone's lives when he killed Kain with three shots. She and Ethan escaped the Compound and went to Kelly's old apartment. Zeyden, Kelly's old roomate, allowed them to stay. Now with the memories of Jeremy and love for Ethan, Kelly knew that it would end in a choice. Jeremy calling and asking her to see him did not help. She realized that she did still have feelings for Jeremy... The confusion overwhelmed her and when she met up with Jeremy, she thought he was who she wanted. But when Ethan saw her kissing him, he was heartbroken and Kelly knew that she could not choose, even though the choice was right there in front of her. Jeremy was done and Ethan still loved her. She ran away from Philadelphia guilt ridden and almost as lost as she had been in Egypt.

VIII. Kansas

The night she ran away from Ethan, Kelly threw a dart at a map. It landed in the middle of the empty section of Kansas. She decided to go with a city and ended up in Wichita. She began working at a local diner, still singing and thinking about a band. She met up with Oliver Barrowcliff and Ramsey Foxx. She made friends with both but not close friends as she promised herself she'd never do that again. After work one night, Oliver tried to rob her only to be quickly beaten by the girl's abilities. He dropped his wallet and she picked it up, discovering his last name. She asked about Ethan before quickly stopping herself. She fled from him. That night in her apartment, she was attacked by his gang who were there on his account. One member attempted to shoot her, but Kelly stopped the bullets and was immediately seen as someone worth something. She agreed to help on jobs only if it meant Oliver had to stop asking about Ethan. The next day, Kelly went to see Ramsey and the two of them went out for a movie. Along the way, she was attacked by another person who had heard the tale of the "girl that could stop bullets." She displayed her abilities for Ramsey to see and attracted attention from another like her. She ran away from him, letting him know that she did not want to "get into it again." (A promise she renewed after the Kain incedent) The night she recieved her first assignment, which was an easy job and earned her 1200 dollars. She decided to take the next assignment which was a hit... a pedophile by the name of Ramsey Foxx. Little did she know it was just a cover to get her to do the job. She arrived at Ramsey's place and confronted him. He said it was a lie and made the fatal remark about why she never gets close to people... she know's she'll hurt them. After Ramsey confirmed that he was not a pedophile, Kelly turned her gun on Oliver. The job resulted in her running away again... Soon enough, Oliver was hot on their trail as his own life became endangered. He attempted to kill them and the chase resulted in Kelly crashing her car. In the wreck, Kelly's powers began to act up. They faked Kelly's capture to lure the boss there where he was murdered and Kelly proceeded to leave Kansas.

IX. Back to Philadelphia

Broken and lost, Kelly retreated back to Philadelphia where she decided that her time running was over. Her plans were to go back and stay with her old roomate and find a job. At this time, her mind was so flustered that she became anti-social and scared. Her car broke down on the highway at one in the morning upon her arrival into the city. She started to walk and took a short-cut through a suburban neighborhood. There she saw two bodies in the sidewalk. Kelly ran away rather than going to investigate and came upon the killer. The man took her with a knife up to her neck and proceeded to stab her in the side, almost a fatal wound. Kelly was almost suicidal until the stabbing happened, at that point she remembered that dying included lots of pain. Her powers began to work, but not as she wanted them to. Suddenly, Oliver showed up (Having come to the city to find his brother) and began to fake his own identity to try and save her. Saar, the killer, did not fall for it and they proceeded to fight. He threw Oliver to the side and bore down on Kelly, before stabbing her fatally in the heart. It was at this moment her abilities kicked in and saved her. She knocked Saar down and fled with Oliver. On their ways to the hospital, they were offered a ride by a mysterious man who Kelly soon realized was the man named Layden from San Diego. (See above) After being treated for her stab wounds, she followed Layden towards a hotel. Meanwhile, Saar recieved a phone call from a mysterious man telling him to kill "The red head." Now being cornered in the alley, Kelly has opted to end it all. Not wanting to let Oliver kill himself and never find Ethan, or letting Layden get hurt in his quest to stay away from it all after being in prison, Kelly had offered herself up to Saar. Saar slit her throat moments later. Kelly Bourne was dead.

X. Abaddon Prison

Two weeks after Kelly Bourne's death, something strange happened. She awoke in a cell in the infamous Abaddon Prison. Strapped down to a table, she lay helpless as the prison was attacked. However, within hours the cell was destroyed and there she met up with Riley Walker. The two girls put aside their grudges and headed for Carvel's office, joined by Chris who had been held there with her. In the office, they discovered that Carvel had gotten ahold of nuclear missiles and launched one at DC. With little time to go and Carvel now dead at Chris's hands, Riley and Chris took over the mission and headed for a plane to stop the missile. Meanwhile, Kelly, Isabelle, and Jack faced off against Carvel's army. In the end, she got injured pushing Jack out of the way of a bullet, an ironic action. However, she did not stay with the group for long, as she recieved a phonecall from Jeremy Clarke's nurse at a hospital in Houston. He had been in a car crash.

XI. Houston

Kelly rented a car and drove from Vegas to Texas. She went to the hospital, as Jeremy had listed her as his only contact. Planning on only helping him for a few days, Kelly wound up staying longer, as his memory was faulty after the wreck. A few days turned into a few weeks as the two of them got to know one another once again. She celebrated her 19th birthday on October 27, 2008 with him. They were bad, stealing cars and using their abilities, but Kelly could not have been happier. Following another brush with death and the rescue of her old friend, and potentially a new friend, she knew that this was the last happy ending she wanted. She moved in with Jeremy and after a few months together he popped the question. Kelly said yes and the date was set for June 4, 2009. Many of her old friends were invited to the wedding, including Chris Campbell. Kelly's life of adventure had finally come to close with the reunion with her parents who had missed her over the past few years. So it seems Kelly has received the happy ending she dreamed of.

She was only schooled through high school. She had the money from her grandmother to pay for college but decided to save on it and get a job to save more money. That was when she was tossed into the chaos. The college money is slowly going away.
She saved Chris's girlfriend's life when she first met the group.
Her theme song would be Conspiracy by Paramore.
She used to dye her hair fading from red to orange to yellow, but stopped after she got into the action. In Egypt it faded to light red because of the sun and she re-dyed it when she moved to Kansas. Now its normal red.
She has green eyes.
She's very short (5'1) and petite. (115 lbs)
Her personality is very loveable and sweet at times. She has been known to sway easily into believing the wrong thing. She used to be a very trusting person and usually let her guard down too easy as seen in Connections(refer below) and when she began to move to Trinity's side. After Jeremy proved to be a not-so-good person and Lilith tortured her, she changed. She became very driven by revenge and soon she became more insecure and started solving her problems by running away. In Egypt she reverted back to her original self only to fade back to what she was like after LA when her memories came back. Now she trusts no one, keeps people far away from her, and runs from the ones she loves. She thinks way too fast and is way too impulsive and jumps into things fast without sitting down to think.
She loves hoodies and skinny jeans. She also loves t-shirts. Mostly she'll be seen in a band t-shirt and a pair of skinny jeans in any random color from black to even bright red.

"Connections"

Kelly was friends with a man named Vincent at her job. He "discovered" his abilities and she helped him out with them. She told him stories of everything she had been through without knowing that she was being set up. She, Riley, Chris, Jeremy, and Ethan all woke up trapped in a game. In one challenge Riley almost electrocuted her when she had to fetch a key in the bottom of a pool of water where Kelly was chained to the bottom. She was later injected with a deadly virus. As the group went through the challenges, she and Jeremy got into a fight when secrets were revealed. Everyone turned on her upon learning it was her fault that they were there. In the end she was shot in the neck upon exiting the building after they "won" the game.
