Storyline: Roses and Hitmen

[A past storyline, no longer in play.]

Well known as the windy city, but RPG wise it has become more of a dark and gloomy place. Chicago is the home to numerous hit men and assassins. It was the residence of the well known 'Rose Murderer', and the infamous JR. Here the characters Aly, Michael, Billy, Jack, and Riley's lives intertwined. For some it was a brief meeting in time, while for others their lives were joined forever.

The story begins with a changed Riley Walker. From and innocent, naive girl to a dangerous and cold blooded killer. The disconnection from her old friends and guilt from an old secret caused persistent pain. In the end leading her down a dark path, that no one was sure she could ever overcome. Formerly a strong hero, she transformed into one of the stronger villains of the role play. She killed by a list give to her from an unknown boss. The list was compiled with names of those who had done some sort of wrong in their lives: divorce, abandonded a child, and more. These simple things gave Riley the tiny bit of justification she needed to kill them all, and leave only a rose on their still bodies behind.

Aly and Riley ran into each other in a seedy local bar, and were at each other's throat from the start. JR ( Jack Raiden) saved Aly from a bar fight, which caught Riley's attention. This was the start of it all.... little did they know they would be seeing alot more of each other. Jack and Riley ended up on each other's hit lists and met by trying to kill each other. Eventually they teamed up against Aly and Michael who recorded their conversation; Which was potentially incriminating evidence.

It was a long and drawn out battle, with one of Riley's co-workers Billy tossed into the mix. In the end Jack and Riley framed Aly for being the rose murderer and left her to rot away in jail. JR and the Rose Murderer seemed to settle their differences and remained business partners. Next on the list was Chris Campbell, Riley's best friend. She discovered pictures of him and an old enemy: Triggs. This lead her to believe Chris needed to die. Leading Jack and Riley to Triggs Tower, and connecting with the Virus Story line.

-- At Triggs Tower Riley confronted Chris, and a large battle ensued. It ended with Riley almost committing suicide The pair later returned to Chicago. Riley wasn't the same after that though, and knew that she could not continue living the life she was. Chris and Riley figured things out, and remained best friends. The only problem was as soon as things were fixed, Chris was leaving with his girlfirend Liz. They were leaving for Australia, for 'normal lives'. Riley never wanted that, and had to let her friend go for good.

With that the stories of veiled Chicago assasin came to an end. Jack , Riley, and Chris all went their seperate ways.... for now.
