Conrad is tall with a lanky build and pale skin. He has long and neat reddish-brown hair and vivid green eyes. He cares a lot about his outward appearancein public, usually donning a crisp three-piece suit and an enigmatic smile, though he usually isn't as vain when he's alone. Otherwise, he has a very forgettable face and is hard to recognize when he doesn't want to be.

Conrad is a charismatic and smooth politician. On the surface, he seems like the loyal and unambitious second in command. In reality, he masks his aspirations well and keeps himself in second tier so that his superiors can take the fall for any screw-ups that either of them is responsible for. His loyalty is fickle and he'll jump ship in a heartbeat once he sees a better prospect come along. He will help out others only if he sees some kind of advantage for him in doing so. Conrad sees people as pieces in a board game and treats them accordingly. he desires control but also values distance, prefering to hide behind smoke and mirrors instead of facing his opponents head on and manipulates others to do his work for him. he is cold, calculating, Machiavellian, and morally bankrupt. Conrad predicts that the discovery of metahumans by the rest of the world will result in a intellectual, social, and eventually political revolution of sorts and plans to use the change in the balance of power to his advantage.

Oddly enough, Conrad's childhood was as normal as possible. His father was an accountant and his mother was a hardcore Catholic housewife. Both were married at a young age and remain completely faithful to one another. Aside from Conrad, they have two other sons and one daughter. Though he's a Caucasian mutt, Conrad can trace his genealogy to be about one eighth Irish and one-fourth British. He got a full-ride scholarship to Harvard, where he go his law degree. He took to politics like a fish to water and is considered somewhat of a prodigy. But delusions of power corrupted him a long time ago. In his spare time, Conrad is usually improving his aim on the shooting range or on live targets.

Power: Incorporeal Mental Transference

Conrad's ablity allows the transfer of memories and thoughts from one person to another with Conrad acting as the medium. Information reaches the receiver in the form of a vision or dream. He cannot take memories from the dead but if he obtained the information before the time of death, he can store it until it is passed on even if the contributor has been dead for days. As the pipeline, Conrad gathers a lot of information from around the globe and can use it to his own advantage. Conrad can't alter the actual memories, but he can rearrange them and present them to the reciever from a different point of view.
