Eli Foster - Heroes Role Playing GameName: Eli Foster
Age: 19
Alignment: Shaky

Description: Eli was born and raised a punk. Living in the ghetto of New Orleans, he was surrounded by bad influences. His foster parents tried all of their life to turn him around, and even though they didn’t know it, it somewhat worked. After leaving the house, he kept his image of a punk. Quiet and misunderstood, most would think of him as a villain, yet every once in a while, he has a very “Batman” moment. He keeps himself isolated from the world, and even after a very heroic feat, he tends to fade back into the shadows.
At the age of 8, he was adopted by Abraham Foster. Not blending well into the "upper-class" way of life, he continued to rebel, until recently when Abraham died. Oddly, it turned his life around. Now, ironically, he is much calmer and more loving towards his older sister.

Recently, he just found out from total strangers, his father in indeed not dead, and very much involved in an underground crime ring.

Power: Vapor Emission/Absorption: The ability to absorb and then emit vapors. The character is able to absorb a vapor (Ex. Oxygen) and then emit this vapor in a different location. As stated above, a vapor differs from a gas, in that it is in equilibrium with the liquid and solid state. Think of the character as a sponge. This character is not able to control anything after the vapor emission though. Once it lets the vapor out of it’s body, it depends on the wind. Matters in their gaseous form fill cannot be measured volume wise. It would fill the space it is in, becoming less dense. Like I have said, vapor is the gaseous form of a substance. He could absorb poison, and later emit it as a vapor.

The terms vapor and gas are frequently but incorrectly used interchangeably. A vapor refers to a gas phase in a state of equilibrium with identical matter in a liquid or solid state below its boiling point.

The term gas refers to a compressible fluid phase, as in common usage. Fixed gases are gases for which no liquid or solid can form at the temperature of the gas (such as air at typical ambient temperatures). A liquid or solid does not have to boil to release a vapor. The atmospheric boiling point of a liquid is the temperature at which the vapor pressure is equal to one atmosphere (unit).

Limits: Like I said, Eli cannot control the speed of which the vapor travels. He simply emits it from his body.
He can only hold three vapors in his body at one time.
