Vincent looks like your average college grad: he has slightly tanned skin, long straight light brown hair, average height, average build, and a defined face that is usually clean-shaven. The only thing visiually unique about him in his hazy blue-grey eyes with a black speck that looks like two parallel lines on one iris and another that looks like a single line on the other iris. Vincent doesn't particularly care about his appearance; his wardobe consists of mostly wrinkled shirts and jeans.

Vincent is usually quiet and keeps to himself. He exibits certain qualities, such as impulsiveness and deceitfulness, that border on symptoms of APD (antisocial personality disorder). However, he does have a moral compass since he avoids violence. Aside from his pacifistic nature, he is also a polite conversationalist when spoken to. Though he tries to stay out of other people's personal lives, Vincent has the unfortunate knack for getting involved in the affairs of others. He's got an inquisitive mind, in scientific matters and other fields, and doesn't see anything wrong with bending the rules to get information as long as he doesn't get caught. However, he will back off if he sees that the issue really doesn't concern him. One of Vincent's biggest pet peeves is that people think they can manipulate him and use him as a scapegoat because of his passive nature. So he has no qualms aboyut turning the blame on others, even for things that are his fault.

Vincent speaks fluent German, albeit with a slight Bostonian accent that he's always had, since his father is from Munich. Along with his native language, he also inherited his father's scientific prowess, but fortunately not his extremeness. His father was a brilliant nuclear physicist, but a mediocre dad. Once Vincent finished college and struck out on his own, Klaus Ingram moved back to Germany but still keeps in close correspondence with his son. His mother was a Caucasian mix and a tramp; she divorced Klaus and left to remarry to a billionaire when Vincent was two and was never seen again. He graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor's in Biochemistry (he was accepted into Harvard, but even with a scholarship, he didn't have enough money for the full four years and didn't qualify for financial aid.) After college, he was hired by a multi-million dollar pharmaceutical company but was bored to tears and felt that he could accomplish so much more. At the Goodman Research facility, he was the one responsible for coming up with a chemical formula for the Maddox serum and making it marketable. Although he's never used a real gun, he's honed great aim from playing paintball and laser tag when he was younger. He can also play the guitar.
