Normal Abnormal and Paranormal

Jason's story began in the out-of-RPG story "Normal Abnormal and Paranormal." In the first few posts the character is introduced. Then a radical turn of events catapults Jason into the future where nothing is as it seems. The story has never been finished.

Six Years Gone

There are six missing years between Jason's return from the Future and Camel's appearance. There is no information about this period except for various references from Jacinda. We are led to assume it was during this time that Jason began working for the Cooperative after the brainwashing took effect.

Camel

Shortly after karambit returned from AIT he began to role play a serial killer assassin known only as Camel. Eventually it was understood that Camel and Jason Karambit were one and the same person. The cybercasting difference was mainly for deceptive purposes. It was later revealed by Jacinda following Camel's death that he is the byproduct of FBI brainwashing in the future. Camel came into being when Jason killed Alekzander Zelenski in cold blood, bending one moral rule that let the beast out so to speak. During the attempt to free Xander Jason mind-swapped with another evolved human that was capable of coming back to life. It was this ability that erased the brainwashing effects after he was shot by a security guard.

Jacinda

Before being shot again, Jason's mind-swap ability activated allowing him to enter Jacinda Sander's brain-dead body. Since then Jason has adopted the name Jacinda Karambit. After escaping the Ascorp building with Jonathan Harvey, the two bought sex appropriate clothing for Jacinda and then found a hotel room. Jacinda brought the Chairman of the Cooperative, Patrick Kowalski, up to speed. Apparently there had been an agreement between the two concerning the existence of Camel. Now that he is no longer Patrick forced Jacinda into premature retirement. However, this was not normal for the Cooperative and Patrick was not allowed to change Jacinda's ability so she could become male.

Abilities

From the introduction the audience was led to believe Jason had the ability to manipulate te Space/Time continuum like Hiro Nakamura. However, he did not have a much control, as he believed his ability was being able to speed his own molecules up. During the events in the future Jason displayed minimal control of his ability.

It was later revealed by Camel that he had the ability to mimic a small number of abilities. Jacinda expounded on this by clarifying Jason had a different ability all together and Patrick Kowalski altered it into Power Reproduction. Presumably this was done prior to joining the Army and without his knowledge.

Jacinda has only displayed the use of her original ability Animal Shape-Shifting, the ability to turn into any animal touched. The limits of this power are as yet undetermined. Jacinda has hinted that she may be able to turn into a small insect and something as large as an African elephant. However, neither of these claims have been proven.
It is assumed Jacinda can still mind-swap. Prior to mind-swapping into Jacinda's body Jason had mind-swapped earlier. It was from this body that he entered Jacinda's, thus it is assumed that the ability to mind-swap is retained from host to host. It is unknown whether Jacinda is aware of this.
