- This power allows him to stop anyone from moving by creating invincible chains around that persons body that binds/constricts that body. The tightness of the constriction depends on the user. He can constrict the body as tight as he want until the person being constricted is unable to breath and eventually die. She can bind/constrict anyone from anywhere by simply thinking of him/her being constricted. [No one is immune to this power]
- The number of people he can constrict is limited to 10

- She uses this power to control anyone's mind or body. He can only control a person when he/she is being restricted/knocked out. The time of control has no limit unless Claudette gets distracted/hit/loses focus/knocked out.
