Description: 5'6", blonde hair, brown eyes. A senior in high school. A true social butterfly, and has many friends and acquaintances. Follows fashion trends religiously. Generally amiable and charismatic, but she can also be selfish and arrogant.
Abilities: Illusion. Eloise has the power to present others with either what they want to see or what she wants them to see (which may or may not be the same thing). For example, in order to get a prom date, she might appear as her target's ideal. She can do this without knowing exactly what that ideal is. Eloise uses her power to its fullest extent to gain popularity and to get things her way. She can also use her power to impersonate others. She is, essentially, a selfish young girl who doesn’t quite understand the magnitude of her power.

Background: Eloise was born on August 24, 1990 to Timothy and Angélique Masters. Eloise was treated to a comfortable, affluent childhood in Manhattan. As an only child, she was somewhat of a spoiled brat. She was more or less average until age 13.

She had been sulking at home because she hadn't been asked to the spring dance. Eloise scrutinized herself in front of the mirror in her bedroom, and wished she could be pretty enough to capture the attention of a certain classmate. It was at this point she changed. In all appearance, she was taller, red headed, and very pale. However, as Eloise quickly confirmed by looking down at herself, it was all just an illusion. Surprised as she was, Eloise decided to test her new power. She experimented frequently, and used her power to manipulate others in order to get her way.

When she was 14, she and her family moved to Boston after her mother's promotion. In Boston, she quickly made many 'friends' through use of her power. She kept her ability a secret, even from her parents. Two weeks after her 15th birthday, she discovered a strange book titled Activating Evolution in her locker at school. The thought of others like herself somewhere was intriguing, and Eloise decided that, eventually, she would find a way to meet them...
