Wichita is the largest city in the mid-western state of Kansas. As well as the Air Capital of the world and home to the National Weather Service it has the most severe weather and tornadoes!

I. Meetings
The plot opens with Kelly Bourne performing on stage in the restaurant she works as a waitress at. Oliver entered the restaurant, a few seconds before Ramsey. Ramsey gave Kelly fifty dollars for her performance, and Oliver ordered his food. Kelly and Oliver exchanged names, and so did Kelly and Ramsey, before Kelly's shift finished and it was time for her to leave.
II. Robbery
Oliver followed Kelly out of the restaurant and into a side alley, intent on stealing the fifty dollars Ramsey had given her to use for food. However, Kelly used her power on him, and took his knife before eventually finding out his full name. And when she asked him if it was like Ethan, he asked her how she knew his brother, before Kelly walked off leaving Oliver in the alleyway. However he followed her and learnt where she lived. Oliver then used this information to get Johnny Cooper, a local gangster who Oliver worked for, to send some men over to help Oliver get Ethan's location out of her. It was during this attack that Oliver learned of Kelly's ability and as a result Kelly ended up being recruited into Cooper's gang.
III. Artistic Intentions
The next day, Kelly went to Ramsey's art studio, where he painted her. The two talked about what had happened since they last talked, where Kelly had traveled etc and when Ramsey showed Kelly the finished product, they were both pleased with it. They then left for a movie where upon somebody tried to mug them. The mugger stabbed Ramsey, but his power activated and the knife went through him. Oliver then followed the pair but gave up, resulting to breaking into her apartment and writing a note for her to meet him at Cooper's Tavern.
IV. Robbery Version 2.0!
Kelly met Oliver at the tavern, and he told her that their job was to rob a local store owner. The job went down, and despite a little glitch Kelly managed to stop both of them getting blown to pieces. The two returned to Cooper and collected their pay, before beingpersuaded to accept another job; a hit on a local "pedophile" by the name of Ramsey Fox.
V. Ramsey's House
The pair arrived at Ramsey's house and entered, guns raised. There was a slight confrontation, which ended up with Kelly deciding to run off with Ramsey. Oliver reluctantly helped them, due to the fact that if he didn't he'd probably never find Ethan. Kelly told Oliver that she last saw Ethan in Philadelphia, before the two left and Cooper arrived. Cooper then injected Oliver with a poison that would kill him in 72 hours, and the only way for him to get the antidote was to return with Kelly's dead body. Oliver then set out after them.
VI. My Way Or The Highway
Oliver followed Ramsey and Kelly onto the highway, and pulled up alongside them. He pulled the trigger on his gun, but no shots were fired. He then fired again, but Ramsey phased the bullet through both Kelly and himself. Ramsey shot back, and the bullets embedded themselves into the metal work of Oliver's car. Oliver then took another shot, before both cars swerved of the highway and were frozen in mid-air. Kelly and Ramsey climbed out of theirs and onto the bank, while Oliver jumped back onto the highway. Oliver then followed a trail of blood into a wooded area and began to look for them.
VII. Things Not Going According To Plan. . .
The three eventually ended up teaming up against Cooper and made their way to a petrol station to clean up. Cooper then arrived and stopped their plans, shoving Oliver to ground. Kelly took a shot at him, but missed and was also hurled to floor. Ramsey pushed Cooper over, and stuck his foot in the earth. When asking about the antidote to the poison, Cooper laughed and said there iswasn't one.Oliver then shot him multiple times in the chest.
